Planning and Funding the Restoration
Phase 1 Objective:
To repair XM603 cosmetically and repaint in the original 1963 delivery colour scheme

Feasibility Study (July 2015 - February 2016) Conclusions:
- Airframe repairs achievable by Museum Staff with new material
- Repainting would require additional resources
- Scaffolding at wing level essential
- Temporary 'Paint Shop' desirable to minimise effects of the weather
- Overall tenting to create a Paint Shop requires additional funds
