Accessibility
We are committed to ensuring that the Avro Heritage Museum is accessible to all visitors and we hope that our facilities reflect this. These include:

Free parking (including six disabled parking spaces).

Free admission for accompanying carers.*

The Avro Heritage Museum is fully accessible by wheelchair (with the exception of cockpits**).

A lift to the Museum's upper floor and Vulcan Café.

Accessible toilets and baby change facilities on both floors of the Museum.

Two manual wheelchairs and an adult walker are available for use free of charge.

Hearing loop system.

Registered Assistance Dogs are warmly welcome.
* Carers are required to pay for any cockpit tours which they wish to experience.
** The Museum's cockpits have been preserved for authenticity and, as such, steps are used for access. There are 360° interactive screens outside the Vulcan and Lancaster cockpits which display the flight deck.
