We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please wait until you have received a reply from the Avro Heritage Museum with a return address BEFORE returning any goods to us.

 

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We recommend sending goods back via Royal Mail Recorded Deilvery.

 

An exchange or full refund for the price of the returned items will be issued upon receipt of the goods. Our only stipulation is that the items are returned in a saleable condition.​

Terms & Conditions

  • The item must be returned undamaged in its original packaging

  • Please ensure that you wrap the package securely

​​

  • We advise that you send goods back using a service that can be tracked

​​

  • Any tags or labels have not been removed

​​

  • Items of clothing have not been used, worn or damaged

​​

  • We will issue a refund or send out an exchange within 28 days, and you will see the credit on your card after approximately 3 or 4 working days (although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system)

  • The Avro Heritage Museum will only reimburse return p&p costs for up to 28 days after purchase

​​

  • A refund does not include postage and packaging unless the goods are damaged or faulty

​​

  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post when being returned to us

​​

  • The Avro Heritage Museum will not be held liable for Consequential Loss or damages except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility

  • This does not affect your statutory rights
