(Colour Photographs Top Middle & Right) - The aircraft flown into Woodford were stripped at Flight Sheds before being moved into the main Production Hangar.
(Colour Photograph Bottom Left) - Once located in the Production Hangar the aircraft fuselages were surveyed and refurbished to provide a further 25 years of operational life.
(Colour Photograph Bottom Middle) - In 2001 New Inner wing sections manufactured at Chadderton and outer wing sections from Prestwick arrived formating with the refurbished fuselages and final assembly began.
(Colour Photograph Bottom Right) - Fitting of refurbished Major Assemblies (called the "Parallels"), electrical wiring and equipment began and by 2004 the first aircraft was ready for electrical power on.
