BAe ATP (Advanced Turboprop)

(Colour Photograph Top Left) - The second ATP aircraft destined for British Midland was used extensively for Route Proving Trials.

When British Airways ordered the ATP to replace their HS748 aircraft and expand their Highlands Operation, the ATP had become the primary UK Commuter Turboprop.

The launch American customer for the aircraft was the United Express carrier, Air Wisconsin.
The ATP had some success in the Far East Market with customers such as Biman (Bangladesh) and Merpati (Indonesia). ATP major assemblies were also manufactured in India (Tailplane), China (Rudder) and Greece (Flaps).

(Colour Photograph Bottom Right) - The last few ATP aircraft built on the Woodford production line were built as a relaunched product, the Jetstream ATP/J61.
