748 VIP Aircraft

The 748 was a rugged reliable aeroplane operating everywhere from jungles and deserts to frozen tundra. Such was its reliability that it was purchased by no less than 16 heads of state including Her Majesty the Queen (right) and the Sultan of Brunei (below). Even one owned by the famous Aviator Howard Hughes was quietly kept here at Woodford.
