2,000th Visitor & a special cockpit visitor!!

Today we welcomed our 2,000th visitor to the Museum!! Not bad for a museum which only opened 3 months ago.

The lucky 2,000th visitor, Mr David Coates, was presented with a 'Friends Of' membership from the senior figures at the Museum.

Another lovely story from the Museum today was from Josh Downing who visited with his guide dog, Buffy.

Josh and his friend had climbed up into the cockpit but Buffy wasn't happy about being separated from him. Buffy the guide dog was given the option of climbing the yellow ladder into XM602 and unsurprisingly, she was up it in a flash!
